- What it is
A GLP-1 medication, guided by your provider.
Semaglutide is a once-weekly injection that activates the GLP-1 pathway, helping curb appetite and support how your body handles weight. Nulevel never treats it as a product you simply buy — it comes with a licensed provider who decides whether it fits you and fine-tunes your dose as you go.
The whole program is built to work remotely, so where you live doesn’t limit your care. Most of it happens over the phone, and the things that would usually mean a clinic visit — any needed bloodwork, plus your prescription — come to you instead.
- Sourcing & safety
About our compounded semaglutide.
The semaglutide we prescribe is compounded — a patient-specific medication prepared per prescription in a state Board of Pharmacy or FDA-licensed compounding facility. Compounded medications must use ingredients from FDA-licensed facilities and are tested for potency, sterility, and purity. Nulevel Wellness works exclusively with licensed sterile compounding pharmacies in the United States.
Compounded medications are legal but are not made in large batches for the general public, so they do not undergo the FDA’s pre-market approval process the way brand-name drugs do. Because each order is prepared for a specific patient, the dose, route of administration, and efficacy may differ from commercially available brand-name products. Your provider will walk you through what this means for you during your consult.
- Your monthly program

- Why patients choose it
What your semaglutide program can help with.
- Fewer cravings and better control over appetite
- Gradual, provider-monitored weight loss
- A single weekly dose, adjusted by your provider
- Help keeping blood sugar steady
- No labs needed before you begin
- Run the whole thing from home if that suits you
Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Eligibility is determined by your provider following a consultation.
- Who it's for
Is semaglutide right for you?
Semaglutide may be appropriate for adults seeking medically guided weight-management and metabolic support. During your consult, your provider will help determine whether it fits your health history and goals. It’s often considered by:
- Those who haven't reached their goals through diet and exercise alone
- People who struggle with persistent hunger or portion control
- Adults noticing age-related changes in metabolism and body composition
- Anyone wanting a structured, provider-guided weight-management plan
Semaglutide is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and should only be used under professional medical supervision.
- How it compares
Semaglutide vs. tirzepatide.
Both semaglutide and tirzepatide are once-weekly injectable medications used for medically supervised weight management, and Nulevel offers both. The main difference is how they work. Semaglutide acts on a single hormone pathway (GLP-1), while tirzepatide acts on two (GLP-1 and GIP).
In head-to-head studies, tirzepatide has produced greater average weight loss over the first several months of treatment. That said, individual response varies considerably — the right medication for you depends on your health history, how your body responds, and your goals. Both share a similar side-effect profile, most commonly mild-to-moderate gastrointestinal effects that tend to ease over time.
Many patients start with semaglutide, which is often the more accessible entry point at $225/month versus $295/month for tirzepatide. Your provider will help you decide which is the better fit during your consult, and adjusting or switching between them later is a normal part of care.

Well I can say it works that’s for sure. All my life been struggling to lose weight. With this I’m getting very close to my 50 lbs I want to lose … started 5 months ago. 17 more lbs and I would have reached my goal. I have to give it a 5 star review because it does work and I have nothing bad to say. Try it you won’t regret it. Thank you for reading.

I’ve been a customer with NuLevel Wellness for about two years. I reached out to them for assistance with weight management. They continuously provide me with a great product, fast service, and answer any questions in a timely fashion. There are A LOT of places that offer the same product that NuLevel Wellness offers, but they do not compare in price, product and customer service.

- Common questions
Before you book.
Do I have to visit a clinic?
No almost everything is done remotely, usually over the phone. The occasional in-person visit is typically just to pick up medication. Any bloodwork you need and your prescription are delivered, so the whole program works from anywhere in Arizona.
Do I need lab work to start semaglutide?
No lab work is required to begin semaglutide, so you can move from consult to prescription without an added step.
How much does it cost?
Semaglutide is $225 per month, all-inclusive — your consults, bloodwork, and medication are all covered in that monthly fee, with no separate per-visit charges. (One-off consults or lab work outside of a monthly program are billed separately.)
Who will I be seeing?
Your care is prescribed and medically supervised by Christopher Morris, PA-C, a certified physician assistant with more than 20 years of patient-care experience.
Are there side effects?
As with most weight-loss and diabetes medications, semaglutide can have side effects — usually mild-to-moderate stomach or digestive discomfort that tends to pass. Your provider will walk you through what to expect and how to handle it.
Does the injection hurt?
You may feel minor irritation or discomfort where you inject, but for most people it’s slight and short-lived.
How long until I see results?
Timelines differ from person to person — blood-sugar changes can show up within a few weeks, while weight loss usually builds over several months. Sticking with your plan is what matters most.
Can I stop once I reach my goal?
Whether to stop semaglutide once you hit your goal is best decided with your provider, who can guide you on holding onto your results given how the medication supports weight and blood sugar.
Is semaglutide the same as Ozempic or Wegovy?
Ozempic and Wegovy are brand-name products whose active ingredient is semaglutide. The semaglutide we prescribe is compounded rather than brand-name — the same active molecule, prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Your provider can explain the differences during your consult.
Should I choose semaglutide or tirzepatide?
Both are effective, medically supervised options that Nulevel offers. Semaglutide works on one hormone pathway (GLP-1); tirzepatide works on two (GLP-1 and GIP) and has shown greater average weight loss in studies, though individual response varies. Many patients start with semaglutide at $225/month. Your provider will help you choose the right fit, and switching later is a normal part of care.
Which areas of Arizona do you serve?
Patients across the entire state. Our offices are in Gilbert and Show Low; telehealth extends the same program to Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, the White Mountains, and everywhere in between.
